The tower is a tall structure standing at 134 meters above ground, featuring 27 floors of residential apartments with over 160 units. The main lobby entrance with administrative offices on the ground floor, and three basement levels dedicated to parking and services. The project involves the full completion of all civil works, finishes, and electromechanical systems, as well as the installation of facades with a combination of curtain walls, aluminum panels, and stone cladding.
